The cost of braces vary by each individual case and depend on factors such as case difficulty or complexity, length of treatment and appliances utilized. Only your doctor can truly determine the cost of your treatment based on your specific orthodontic needs.
At Abbotsford Orthodontics, we never want the cost of orthodontic treatment to interfere with your plans to achieve the smile you always wanted. We believe that one’s financial situation should not be a barrier to receiving the best orthodontic care. Because we understand that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we offer flexible and affordable payment options for your convenience. We will be more than happy to thoroughly discuss all your payment options and financial concerns prior to starting orthodontic treatment.
Monthly payments
This is a simple payment plan and after an initial down payment, the remaining balance is paid in equal monthly installments over a predetermined period.
There is no interest charged with our monthly payment plan.
Payment in full
This is one of most popular options due to a generous bookkeeping discount for direct payment in full at the start of treatment by cash, credit, debit or check.
With the full payment plan, there are no monthly statements.
Insurance
Most insurance policies have an orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental benefits. Orthodontic coverage differs from regular coverage in that it rarely pays for orthodontic treatment in full. The benefit is often paid as a percentage of the fee until a maximum has been reached. Since there are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a slightly different benefit, it can seem quite complicated, but we are happy to help you understand your insurance policy and benefits.
