Covid-19 Update

Our community has been through a lot over these last two years and we would like to reassure everyone that the health and safety of our patients, team members, and community is of utmost importance to us. We have always, and will continue, to follow all guidelines recommended to us by our College regulatory body as well as guidelines issued by the CDA and the CAO.

Upon arrival, please review the screening questions that are posted at the door. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. As we are a medical office, we do still require masks or face coverings when in the building. We have a hand sanitizing station at the door and use touchless thermometers to check our patient’s temperatures. Our lobby is set up for social distancing and we ask that only the patient, or the patient and one support person, come in at this time to minimize the amount of people in the office. Our team members are screened upon arrival and are donning extra PPE (We are smiling under our masks!) to keep everyone feeling their best!

Our office has made a conscious effort to reduce our environmental impact in numerous ways, and we actively work to keep our building and its surroundings clean. Previously, we offered complimentary disposable masks to patients and visitors who arrived without one of their own (sometimes up to 80 per day!) which goes against our principles to help reduce our impact on the environment, and resulted in masks littering our walkways and parking areas.

For these reasons, as of June 1st, 2022, we will no longer be providing disposable masks. If a patient or visitor arrives without a mask, they will be able to purchase masks at the pharmacy in the neighbouring building or have their appointment rescheduled. We apologize for any frustrations that this may cause and we appreciate your support in this matter.

We are so grateful for every one of our patients, and this time away has only served to make us more thankful for each and every one of you. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
